Disable & Deactivate Digest Email
SaaS version (16.4)
To get started, navigate to the Settings app
That brings you to the General Settings page and here you will have to scroll down to the Statistics section and disable Digest Email by deselecting the check box as follows:
Don't forget to Save
Next, navigate to Settings > Technical > Email > Digest Emails. Then open the default 'Your Odoo Periodic Digest" and click on the button Deactivate as follows :
Your users should no longer receive Odoo periodic digest emails.
Odoo versions 14-16 (pre 16.4)
The steps are the same, only the interface looks different.
