Sales Professional
We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to establish and maintain robust client relationships. As a salesperson at Callista, you will drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsabilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the Odoo ERP system to potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the B2B IT industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Motivated and results-oriented person who is able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
